     My social media lifestyle  

   Social media has significantly reshaped modern lifestyles.  The way people communicate has a huge impact on how they consume content and perceive themselves.  Using this social media gives me a glimpse into the closed lives of others.  My mental  health is greatly affected and there is a possibility of creating pressure from there.  For that, the social media that I always use are YouTube,  TikTok,Face book , whatsapp, Instagram, and snapchat. For me, this is a powerful tool for self-expression.  Because this social media is used to share my thoughts, hobbies and achievements.


    Whatsapp 



One of the most used social media in my daily life is WhatsApp. I am used to communicating with my parents and friends through WhatsApp and I have the opportunity to exchange videos and other messages easily.


  Face book 


Facebook is a social network used by many people in the world.  As I have always used to communicate through Facebook, this Facebook social network has given me the ability to build interpersonal relationships, get more information and develop relationships with friends, and create mental satisfaction.

  You tube


YouTube is where I spend most of my time in my daily life.  I mostly used to join youtube network to get information about everything from entertaining videos to educational videos to everything else.  Through it, it has been possible to get mental satisfaction as well as a set of information necessary for everyday life

  Instagram 


Instagram is a platform where I can share photos and videos and discover new trends.   It can influence my lifestyle by sharing my aesthetic preferences and inspiring me with new ideas for fashion, travel and hobbies.


  TikTok


The short videos on tiktok provide new inspiration and my mental satisfaction as well as seeing the abilities of others through new creations can be found in my life and I can spend the day in a very fun way by recognizing such talents.

Thus, through using social media on a daily basis, I have been able to better understand my mental satisfaction as well as social global and individual handling patterns and thereby help my life.
